Terms of Use

≪Terms of Use≫
Please do not use the bathroom or cook in the kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed in the room (including balcony).
Please smoke in the basement space.
Pets are not allowed in the building.
Please take off your shoes at the entrance and use the slippers provided in the room.
The same floor is used for residential purpose.
Although the room is soundproofed, loud noises, listening to loud music, and other activities that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
Please return the key to the front desk on the 1st floor at the end of your stay.
Please note that no discount or refund will be given even if you leave during the contracted usage time.
If you use the room for more than the specified time without consent, do not leave the room promptly, or do not return the key by the end of your stay, you will be charged an additional 30,000 yen.
If you bring your own equipment or goods, you must take responsibility for their proper care. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or fire damage.
In the event that any baggage or equipment is not removed, it shall be deemed that you have relinquished ownership of such items, and we may move, remove, dispose of, or destroy such items, and you shall not be entitled to make any claim whatsoever in connection therewith, regardless of any reasons.
In this case, the actual costs for transporting, cleaning, and disposing of the property in addition to the number of days required to return the property to its original state x 60,000 yen will be charged as late payment damages.
This service is only available to groups including the person making the reservation and to persons belonging to the corporation to which the person making the reservation belongs.
You may not transfer or lend your usage rights to a third party without permission.
If the purpose of use and the method of use at the time of application are different from the facts, the use will be prohibited.

≪Restrictions on Use≫
Please acknowledge beforehand that it is not possible to respond to a reservation application when the person who is to use the salon such as an officer or employees of the corporation to which the person making the reservation belongs corresponds to the following, or when one of the specified reasons applies.

(i) Boryokudan (organized crime syndicates), boryokudan-related companies and organizations, corporate extortionists, extremist groups, other antisocial forces, or persons equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "Boryokudan, etc."). In the event that the Company, its employees, related persons, etc. are members of organized crime groups or related persons.

(iv) When a third-party organization judges that the use is inappropriate as a result of identification procedures.

(v) In the event of behavior that causes significant inconvenience to the tenants or users of the Hotel & Residence Roppongi.

(vi) The Company makes violent, threatening, extortionate, or coercive demands, or demands a burden beyond a reasonable range. Or, if it is recognized that the user has committed similar acts in the past.

(vii) When it is recognized that there is a possibility that the User will commit an act that is against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals in relation to the use of the Service.

(viii) When it is clearly recognized that a person is suffering from a contagious or infectious disease.

(ix) When there is no room available for reservation due to full occupancy.

(x) In the event that the Company is unable to allow the use of the facilities due to a natural disaster, breakdown of the facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.

(xi) When it falls under the provisions of the ordinances and regulations of the Minato Ward.

≪Discontinuation of Use≫
Please understand beforehand that even after the reservation has been made or in the middle of use, we may cancel the use of the room if it falls under use as specified above.
Please note that even if the use of the facilities is cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the fees paid at the time of reservation will not be refunded, and you will be liable for any damages incurred.
