2Reserving an Apartment / Application Screening

Please let us know if you would like to rent the apartment. The minimum lease term is one month.

The following documents will be necessary for approval. Please understand that all documents are subject to evaluation and approval.

  • For Personal Contract

    ・Application form
    ・Photo ID (Passport or Residential card)
    ・Copy of an employment certificate
     (Copy of your Company ID)
    ・Income certification

  • For Corporate Contract

    ・Application form
    ・Photo ID (Passport or Residential card)
    ・Copy of the corporate registration
    ・Corporate summary (Corporate annual report
     or tax return application)

3Complete Contract / Payment

We will send you the contract and invoice by e-mail, postal mail or fax.
Please sign and submit the contract to us before you move in.

4Payment

For the payment of the monthly rent/deposit, we can propose you the payment method listed below:
① Credit Card at our office
② Bank Transfer
③ Cash

5Move in

Our staff will give you your apartment key and explain the terms and condition and other instructions.

# For a request of stay extention, notify 2 weeks prior to the expiry date. We may arrange it if rooms are available.

6Check out

Please let us know your check out time a day before or earlier. Our staff will inspect your room. If no damages to the apartment have occurred and there are no outstanding payments, your deposit will be refunded in about 60 days after your leaveing.
